Helpful Change. That's our motto. We're always thinking of this when we're working with clients from the pharmaceutical sector on activity across generation of strategic approaches for brands based on robust insight or engagement and messaging from Key Opinion Leaders. When we're delivering digital tactics and crafting compelling creative, we're considering the patient, the carer and the challenges faced by their HCPs. We're not just marketing a product, we're looking around the product and around the brand to make sure that we're going above and beyond for the end user.
In a new position within one of our Manchester based teams, we're looking for an experienced Account Director who is as passionate about making a difference as we are. In this role, you'll be our point-person, the 'conductor' and the driving force behind not only the continued success of an existing global account across multiple work streams, but also the pursuit of new business opportunities.
We're looking for someone with strong experience in development and direction of integrated advertising campaigns in the pharmaceutical marketing sphere. You'll draw on your experience at AD level and bring a balanced approach, a sense of control and some absolutely exceptional organisational skills.
Whilst in control yourself of a broad account with a range of stakeholders you'll develop not only external relationships but also nurture internal connections. Key in this role is the ability to bring in the right expert at the right time. We'd like you to get the absolute most from the senior level support that you have at your disposal! From our Strategy Director, Chief Creative Officer and the Chief Exec, this is a high profile account, so you'll be working on a daily basis with our most experienced team members.
We work hard and we play hard, you can expect to travel in this role and to build great connections with a truly exceptional team. We are great at helping people to achieve fantastic things in their careers and you'll have access to our learning and development programme #LXAcademy, including an established mentoring programme from the very start of your time with us. We're sociable, we're enthusiastic and we're passionate about doing a great job.
