Opportunity for an experienced Adobe Delivery Executive - to join the digital team for a large FS client. Campaigns will be a mixture of automated, always on and bespoke campaigns and will originate from multiple data sources. This is a 6-month contract role to start ASAP - £570

As an Adobe Campaign Delivery Lead you will be operating within the Digital Business working alongside other Digital teams including; Customer Analytics, Data and Marketing.

You will be:

Managing the end to end campaign cycle

Consulting with the business

Defining the data targeting requirements

Responsible for the design, build and delivery of complex multi-channel campaigns through the Adobe toolset

Skills Required:

Detailed knowledge of the Adobe Campaign (Neolane) toolset (or similar Campaign Management tool)

Capable of managing relationships between marketing, analytics and data.

Able to quickly pick up and play a key role in supporting the Marketing function in meeting their campaign activity targets.

Experienced in embedding creative in to the campaign

Good SQL, data analysis and interpretation skills.

You will have experience in an analytics, CRM or database marketing team

Good understanding of HTML

Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and data quality, making sure that all uses of data meet any necessary best practice and legal or regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Undertake analysis to define targeting criteria and to size campaign audiences - likely to be completed using SQL and Adobe Campaign.

Consistently challenge technical aspects such as ways of building, data mapping, campaign design and personalisation to deliver improvements to existing or new activity

Where appropriate to the target channel (eg email) integrate creative/copy within the campaign and take responsibility for campaign execution.

Define the targeting strategy (from a data/customer perspective), liaising with Customer Analytics where advanced analytical methods (eg propensity models) are appropriate or necessary.

Provide best in class campaign support translating business needs into campaign build requirements and delivering to agreed specifications and timescales

Become your stakeholders' main point of contact for all campaign design and delivery enquiries working with other internal teams ie planning, analytics and data where necessary
