For our life science client in Zug we are currently looking for a

Business Analyst - Web

Start date: 02.04.2018

End date: 31.12.2018

Workload: 100%

We are looking for a Business Analyst role for website enhancements.

Main tasks include:

Create business, functional requirements on the website as well as technical requirements for data mapping into the global database, CRM.

Deployment of the digital IT global enhancement management tools and processes.

Manage multiple projects (several technical domains).

Learn and improve business and IT processes.

Provide technical expertise in reviewing digital project assets and benchmarking timescales for delivery (reviews and document business requirements; understand integration points with other applications, processes, vendors and functional areas).

Anticipate and resolve issues and escalate if needed

Enforce methodology ensuring quality and consistency of team deliverables.

Supervises IT vendor output and quality.

Review and test web staged developments from a technical, functional and visual standpoint for approval to push to production.

Anticipate and avoid technical problems, bad designs.

Implement and support strategic architecture initiatives.

Ensure company policies, procedures and best practices are followed.

The ideal candidate shall bring:

Very good knowledge of technologies related to:

- Digital Marketing (B2C, B2B),

- Web sites (Drupal-CMS, PHP, Java/HTML, Flash),

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO),

- Integration/web services.


Web application development project experience (Agile).

Very good project management and Drupal implementation skills

Project Life Cycle Methodology knowledge. PMP Certification is a plus

MS Share Point, Project, Visio, Powerpoint usage for communication and managing resources

Web analytics, Google analytics (understanding of tools and strategies)

Technologies related to Customer Relationship Management (CRM), complaint management, order fulfilment, email marketing knowledge is a plus

Good knowledge in policies and EU regulations related to Digital technologies and communication.

Some flexibility in working hours is required

Fluent English

Experience working with off shore teams

Very good communication and customer service skills

Results and performance driven, responsible.
