Digital Account Manager - Trafford/Stretford - £25-28k

Digital agency in Manchester are looking for an experienced Account Manager with good technical experience.

We're looking for a passionate, self-starter with a background in managing multiple web development projects. You'll have knowledge and experience of open source CMS systems (preferably Drupal, although this is a nice-to-have), as well as management tools such as JIRA and Float. You'll be able to settle into the team quickly with an excellent digital skill set and be comfortable talking to web developers, creatives and people at all levels. You will be someone who thrives on building relationships with key members of the team.

As one of the main points of contact for clients, you'll be confident in dealing with others and have excellent communication skills. You'll thrive on negotiating the best deal to ensure the best results for clients and us.

You'll be part of an energetic and close-knit planning and account handling team which thrives on knowledge sharing and a team effort. Able to work under your own steam, you'll be confident leading pitches as well as client and internal meetings. It will also be your responsibility to meet and help define KPIs for multiple projects and inspire clients to see the bigger picture. A key part of your role will also entail selling big ideas to clients and getting them on board with creative concepts to help position them as brands with cut through.

To be considered for this role, you must have agency-side experience. You will have a proven track record in client-facing account management and a good level of digital experience. You will understand digital production processes and Google analytics reporting/tracking.
