Looking for a Paid Search/Marketplace Manager with demonstrable experience managing E-commerce paid search/marketplace accounts for our growing marketing and search practice. You will be launching new campaigns, guiding the optimization to meet specified performance objectives. 3 years in E-commerce, paid search experience with data feeds management tools.

Local candidate but role can be done remote

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day management of E-commerce PPC accounts and manage product listings and product feeds for marketplaces including Amazon, eBay, Sears and others

Assist clients in implementing merchandising and pricing strategies to drive conversion

Interface with clients for planning and reporting

Identify new marketplace and channel opportunities and help launch additional marketplaces

Manage daily responsibilities to client-side paid search accounts, including key phrase research, campaign/ad group creation, bid management, ad crafting/testing, copy writing etc., Shopping/PLA (product listing ad campaigns), data feed management, re-marketing, and display advertising. (Google AdWords, Microsoft AdCenter)

Make strategic and tactical recommendations based on data analysis

Monitor key business metrics and provide insight to improve performance of paid search campaigns

Conduct competitive and industry research to stay current with market trends, updates and online marketing strategies

Monitor editorial and industry specific policy updates as they relate to Google AdWords and other platforms

Develop and implement search test strategies (inclusive of, but not limited to: bidding, copy, positioning, etc.) in an effort to maximize program effectiveness

Support and assist in developing team members to optimize their performance, contribution and job satisfaction

Work with cross-functional account teams including technical, creative and analytics

Qualifications/Requirements:

3+ years of demonstrable experience in E-commerce paid search, and marketplace management including Google AdWords, Google Shopping, BingAds, Amazon, Sears, ebay

Experience with data feed management tools such as Merchant Advantage, Channel Advisor, Go Data Feed, Data Feed Watch or similar software

Current Google AdWords Certification is required

Experience & results managing large media budgets and hitting monthly goals for spend, revenue and key performance metrics

Experience & results optimizing full consumer transaction cycle (conversion optimization)

Certification in Google Analytics (required within 6 months of hire)

Experience working directly with clients

Ability to work independently under strict deadlines

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Bachelor's Degree Required

Additional Preferred Qualifications:

Prior agency or enterprise level account management experience a plus

BingAds Certification

Experience with additional analytics platforms & bid management software such as Omniture/Site Catalyst, Marin, DoubleClick, Dart, or Core Metrics

Pay: $50,000 to $85,000 USD
Pay Period: Annual
