You will be responsible for the entire sales process from prospecting from scratch, building and maintaining a sustainable and sufficiently large pipeline, through to client on-boarding and account management.

Sales Administrator Main Responsibilities:

Managing company social media accounts and activity

Achieving a high volume of sales calls

Account management liaising with clients and maintaining good working relationships

Representing the company while attending exhibitions and events

Replying to email enquiries, administer the company inbox

Administering & posting advertisements online

Hosting career presentations

General housekeeping (keeping the office tidy & in order)

General administration support to help the team

We are looking for ambitious individuals who are keen to make a difference in an environment where the "sky is the limit". We are looking for someone who has great customer service experience and a passion to be the best!

We re looking for someone with good organisational skills an excellent telephone manner and excellent time management skills. We want you to be enthusiastic and positive with an ability to work in a busy, high pressured environment.

You will be driven, tenacious, a hunter with proven sales experience, ideally gained within a comparable industry sector, such as online recruitment advertising sales, recruitment consultancy sales, media sales, digital sales, online sales and/or publishing sales.

Essential to this role is the ability to cold call, run sales conversations with key business stakeholders and negotiate and win profitable long term contracts.

Your input will have a direct impact on the ongoing success of our business so we re looking for a team player with a 'can-do' attitude.

Working Hours:

9.00 am 5.30 pm with 30 minutes Lunch Break
